Maintenance Mechanic Level 1

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at JLL, you'll be an essential part of keeping our client's commercial facilities running smoothly and safely. This hands-on role involves performing general maintenance work across building systems, furniture, and equipment while supporting senior technicians on more complex projects. You'll move and warehouse furniture between buildings, complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and respond to facility emergencies with professionalism and urgency.

Estimated compensation for this position:

52,956.00 – 52,956.80 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
