Location: City of Poughkeepsie
Maine Drilling & Blasting is seeking an entry-level equipment operator in New York. Join a majority employee-owned ESOP company that values ownership mindset and internal growth while learning the drilling and blasting industry.
You will operate equipment (backhoe, skid steer, excavators, loaders), follow safety policies, learn drill patterns, coordinate with the Blaster Foreman, and assist with daily field tasks. Travel may be required; hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22 plus travel stipend.
