Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep across convenience stores and gasoline station locations. This role requires a hands‑on professional with experience in electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance, and equipment repair
. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, safety‑focused, and capable of working independently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely
  • Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing bulbs, ballasts, light fixtures, minor wiring support)
  • Repair and maintain doors, locks, walls, windows, and interior/exterior structures
  • Paint and maintain surfaces including walls, curbs, canopies, and parking areas
  • Perform pressure washing and general exterior upkeep of facilities
  • Support grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping upkeep
  • Assemble, move, and install furniture, fixtures, and store equipment
  • Hang signage, bulletin boards, and assist with store setup needs
  • Procure necessary tools, parts, and materials to complete maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate work orders, service logs, and maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Working knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC basics, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
