Location: City of Poughkeepsie
Together for Youth is looking for a Prevention Family Specialist based in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Specialist will conduct family assessments, deliver effective case management services, and engage with youth and families to ensure safety and quality service.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least a year of experience working with at-risk youth. A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to work with diverse populations.
