Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide; Orange

Position Summary

The Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide provides supportive case management services to families in the Orange County Preventive Program to enhance clinical service provision. Direct case management services to children and families include risk assessment, goal setting, data collection, transportation, and community referrals as needed.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 10am-7pm (Saturday-Sunday OFF), with rotating on‑call responsibilities.

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with 2 years experience
• Experience working with children and families
• Valid NYS Driver License in good condition as determined by the Agency
• Must complete and pass a pre‑employment physical, PPD and drug screen and an annual physical and PPD.
