Dutchess BOCES is seeking an Adult Education Career Counselor/Case Manager to provide educational, vocational, and case management support to adult learners in literacy, HSE/GED, ESOL, and workforce programs. You will assess barriers, offer individual and group guidance, develop career pathways, and connect students with resources, college, or employment.
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the role requires a Bachelor's degree in counseling/psychology or related field or equivalent
