The role requires rapid, clear action during crises, with duties spanning crisis counseling, safety planning, advocacy, referrals, and 24-hour hotline support from the Center for Victim Safety and Support. The ideal candidate holds a BA in Human Services or has 3–5 years of relevant experience, and must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
