About the Role Based in Poughkeepsie, NY, this blended position keeps you close to home while keeping our operation moving. You’ll split your day between short-distance deliveries (within a 3-mile radius) in a CDL‑A vehicle and hands-on work in our warehouse. If you’re energized by variety, safety-first driving, and organized warehouse support, this role offers all three—every day.

A Day in the Life You arrive, walk your rig for a thorough pre-trip, review the day’s drop list, and hook up a well-secured load. After a quick local run, you back into the dock, help unload, and transition inside where you’ll receive, stock, and tidy inventory. In quieter moments, you’re updating logs and collaborating with teammates to keep product flowing efficiently.

Before heading out again, you run a post-trip check and make sure everything is squared away—on the road and in the aisles.

What You’ll DoSafely operate a CDL‑A commercial vehicle for local moves within approximately 3 miles of our facility.

Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance.

Load, secure, transport, and unload goods with care and accuracy.

Support warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining orderly storage areas.

Record accurate delivery details, logs, and related documentation.

Coordinate with teammates to streamline processes and improve warehouse flow.

Follow company policies and all safety procedures on the road and on the floor.

What You Bring Valid CDL Class A license with a strong, clean driving record.

Hands-on experience as a professional driver and/or in warehouse operations.

Working knowledge of transportation and warehouse safety practices.

Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

Team-focused mindset with a commitment to dependable service.

High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/warehousing certifications are a plus.
