This full-time, on-site role in Poughkeepsie, NY combines showroom sales, warehouse support, and equipment delivery assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their equipment needs, and guiding them through product options and order details. The role also involves handling inventory in the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery. In addition, the position requires assisting with equipment deliveries, loading and unloading products safely, and supporting basic setup as needed.

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to ensure orders are accurate, timelines are met, and customers have a positive experience.

• Ability to provide attentive in-person customer service, communicate clearly, and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Basic sales and product support skills, including learning equipment features and explaining options in a straightforward, helpful manner.
• Warehouse skills such as organizing inventory, safely moving and storing equipment, and following procedures for order fulfillment.
• Physical ability to lift and move commercial equipment as part of delivery assistance, with attention to safe handling practices.
• Reliable time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfort working on-site in a showroom and warehouse environment, including occasional variation in workload and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred; prior experience in retail, wholesale, or restaurant equipment is a plus.
