Hire Quest Direct is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with unloading construction materials at residential and commercial job sites throughout the Bremerton area.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in working safely, and are seeking flexible opportunities in the construction and logistics industries.

• Unload construction materials, including cabinets, doors, windows, and other building products, from delivery trucks
• Safely move materials to designated locations throughout the job site
• Navigate job sites that may include stairs, uneven terrain, and varying site conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Communicate effectively with site leads, drivers, and dispatch personnel
• Maintain a professional attitude while representing Hire Quest Direct on client job sites

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75–100 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Construction, warehouse, moving, or material handling experience is a plus, but not required
