Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)
The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center
We are seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Applicants must currently hold a Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license (or have previously held one at the time of application). Our ideal candidate will be available to begin within two weeks of receiving an offer.

- Begin with a 32-hour full-time schedule, with the option to grow to 40 hours
- Provide individualized therapy to children and adults across a broad spectrum of communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Develop strong relationships with clients and families
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded clinical team
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of clinical fellowship and national exam
- Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License
- BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of clinical experience
- Speak
OUT and/or LSVT certification - NMES (Vital Stim/Amp Care) training
- AAC experience
- MPSImP or board certification in neurogenic communication, voice, or swallowing
- Comfort working with a broad range of ages and diagnoses
