Entry Level Production Workers

Join a dynamic team in a production facility dedicated to crafting custom office furniture for renowned corporations. You will be a part of a process that involves Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, and Steel Assembly departments. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, providing a comprehensive experience in manufacturing.

• Operate machinery and perform general production work.
• Engage in cleaning, heavy lifting, and banding tasks.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble furniture.
• Participate in wood fabrication and assembly processes.
• Contribute to steel fabrication and welding activities.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in wood and steel assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
• Comfortable working in loud environments.
• Capability to stand and work for 10 hours a day.

• Willingness to perform multiple duties and adapt to various tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poulsbo, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $18.46/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
