Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Clinical expertise in Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Previous Telemetry or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
- Monitor and manage patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and revise care plans
- Administer medications, interpret telemetry readings, and rapidly respond to fluctuations in patient condition
- Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care and interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
