About the RoleThe Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing all retail operations across Crabtree Brands, including High Spirits, Choc Mo, and L’Atelier TR. This role provides leadership, direction, and operational oversight to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across all locations.

This is a leadership role with real influence. As Retail Manager, you’ll help shape how our brands show up every day for customers and team members alike. You’ll work closely with ownership and leadership, have the autonomy to improve systems and processes, and be part of a team that values trust, growth, and doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily retail operations for High Spirits, Choc Mo, and L’Atelier TR
- Lead, mentor, and hold staff accountable for retail operations
- Ensure consistent customer service, merchandising, and brand standards across locations
- Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and training for retail teams
- Monitor inventory management, pricing accuracy, and stock availability
- Collaborate with purchasing, administrative, and leadership teams
- Address escalated customer or operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- WA Food Worker’s Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Class 12 MAST Permit (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of retail or multi-unit management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of liquor, specialty food, or hospitality retail preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
