Eagle Pipe Heating & Air is looking for a
Lead Plumber

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential and light commercial plumbing installs and repairs
- Manage jobsite workflow, delegate tasks, and mentor apprentices
- Communicate directly with customers in a professional and solution-focused way
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, up to code, and to Eagle Pipe Heating & Air’s quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to keep work moving smoothly
- Keep job documentation, materials lists, and service records accurate and up to date
- Represent the company with pride on every call, every job, every time
What You Bring
- 5 or more years of professional plumbing experience
- Washington State journeyman plumbing license required
- Experience leading jobs and mentoring junior team members
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions in the field
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- A calm, no-nonsense attitude and commitment to doing the job right
