Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, ensuring excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing tires.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
• On‑the‑job training provided by Les Schwab.

$16.50 – $28.00 per hour for full‑time positions.
