Poulsbo, Washington
Schedule:
Part time. Schedule is flexible as long as all work is completed. 8-12 hours per week.
Compensation: $24-$28/hour depending on experience. Non-exempt.

The Role:Facilities Technician
As a Facilities Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for both clients and staff. You'll work closely with the leadership team to handle a variety of maintenance tasks, from carpentry and plumbing to safety inspections and equipment upkeep. Every day brings something different — and your work directly impacts the healing environment we provide.
WhatYou'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities
- Support installations and refurbishments (telecom, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain equipment to meet health & safety standards
- Assist with workstation setup and upkeep of IT infrastructure
- Conduct regular property tours to assess and respond to facility needs
- Maintain documentation of all work performed
- Ensure compliance with local fire codes, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards
- Provide onboarding training to new employees regarding facilities use and safety protocols
- Education minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 3 continuous years of licensed driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various conditions, and use ladders/scaffolding
- Hands-on experience with general facility repair work (plumbing, carpentry, flooring, basic construction)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
