Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Poway. As the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain visitor logs
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparation
- Provide administrative support to operations, human resources, and management teams
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
