Role Overview

Breathing Health is one of the most strategically important growth areas at Resmed, spanning connected respiratory care, digital health, new care pathways, and the future of chronic disease management.

This role sits at the center of that evolution. We are looking for a Senior Global Product Manager to help shape the future of the Breathing Health portfolio through strategic portfolio leadership, new product development, and the identification of transformational growth opportunities. The position blends product strategy, technology scouting, opportunity evaluation, and innovation leadership. You will help define where the business goes next—evaluating emerging technologies, identifying unmet needs, assessing build, buy, or partner opportunities, and turning strategic concepts into scalable businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve core portfolio strategy.
  • Drive new product and platform opportunities.
  • Evaluate adjacent markets and care models.
  • Explore partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
  • Identify technologies that could reshape breathing health over the next decade.
  • Work with product management, engineering, clinical, corporate strategy, business development, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams globally to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Translate market signals into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead structured assessments of organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Support early-stage concept development through validation and strategic planning.
  • Ensure new opportunities align with customer needs, clinical outcomes, and business strategy.
Success in the First Six Months

Develop a strong understanding of the Breathing Health portfolio, market dynamics, and strategic priorities.

Establish a clear framework for evaluating and prioritizing emerging technology opportunities.

Identify several high-potential growth opportunities and advance them through strategic assessment.

Earn leadership confidence in synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations.

Align cross-functional teams around key strategic priorities and investment areas.
