- Assistant Tech Designer
to join our dynamic team.

Assistant Tech Designer will support the Technical Design Team by assisting with tasks related to garment fit & specifications, sample prep for fit sessions, and communication with factories.

• Tech Pack support- researching design reference styles, locating related tech packs, patterns & samples.
• Sourcing preparation- taking pictures of samples & collecting samples, patterns, pattern cards, strike offs etc…
• Assist in fit sessions- measuring samples, recording discrepancies, preparing/sending fit session recaps.
• Tracking production patterns & tech packs- communicating with factories & updating files

• Technical Design knowledge
  - Basic understanding of garment fit & construction, ability to measure samples quickly and accurately
• Detail oriented & organized
  - Ability to identify & record discrepancies between the sample and tech pack
• Creative problem solving
• Basic research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Associates degree in fashion preferred

• MS Office
  - Excel, Word, Teams, Email, PLM, are all used daily
• AI/Photoshop
