Key Responsibilities- Fabricate clear aligners, (similar to mouthguards and bleaching trays)
- Operate and maintain dental lab equipment.
- Trim and polish clear aligners to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Proficient with hands‑on tasks and manual dexterity.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in dental lab operations and equipment handling.
- Familiarity with thermoplastic thermoforming processes.
- Prior experience in clear aligner manufacturing.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Starting pay during training: $27.50 per hour.
- Opportunity for salary growth based on performance and experience, with potential earnings of $35+ per hour.
- Paid time off and sick leave.
- Access to 401(k).
