Join Our Friendly Dental Practice as a Dental Hygienist!
We are a small, warm, and welcoming family dental practice seeking a dedicated part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team on Fridays. Our practice focuses on providing exceptional care to our patients in a comfortable and friendly environment. You will be working with two general dentists, Dr. Rani Shina, who has been practicing since 1999, & Dr. Dana Baba, as well as Perio, Endo, and O.S. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
As a Dental Hygienist in our small 4 Op setup, you will work in a thoughtfully designed office featuring four examination rooms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' oral health and ensuring their comfort during visits. Our practice operates under a PPO and private-payment model; we do not accept HMOs.
Compensation: $55-60 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough dental cleanings, x-rays, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care
- Perform periodontal assessments
- Assist in creating a calm and welcoming environment for patients
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are not only friendly and approachable but also possess strong technical skills. You should have a thorough understanding of dental hygiene principles and a gentle touch that can put patients at ease, especially children.
You will typically spend one hour with each adult patient and thirty minutes with children, with a one-hour lunch break. Salary will be determined based on your experience and will be discussed during the in-person interview.
