Rolling Hills Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Fridays. We are a warm, welcoming family practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
You’ll work alongside two experienced general dentists, Dr. Rani Shina, who has been serving patients since 1999, and Dr. Dana Baba. Our close‑knit team values collaboration, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with our patients.
Our practice features a modern, thoughtfully designed 4-operatory office where patient comfort and personalized care are always the priority. We are a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our team to focus on quality patient care and meaningful patient relationships.
Compensation:- $60 to $65 per hour, based on experience and skillset.
- Part-time.

- Typically 60-minute appointments for adult patients.
- Typically 30-minute appointments for pediatric patients.

- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and preventive treatments.
- Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays).
- Perform periodontal assessments and record clinical findings.
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Support a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Active Dental Hygiene license in California.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate chairside manner.
- Strong understanding of dental hygiene principles and periodontal care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with both adult and pediatric patients is preferred
- General Dentistry with Endodontic, Periodontal, and Oral Surgery services.
- PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base.
- Privately operated family dental practice focused on personalized patient care.
