We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Composite Technician to join our team for a large-scale wet layup project. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a composite or aerospace technician.

• Execute wet layup procedures following engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare layup materials, including resin and reinforcement fabrics, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Lay up composite materials into molds, ensuring accurate alignment and placement.
• Conduct necessary curing processes, monitoring temperature and humidity.
• Inspect completed components to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and any deviations from standard processes.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.

• Minimum of three years of experience as a composite or aerospace technician.
• Proficient in use of composite materials.
• Strong understanding of wet layup techniques and processes.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with advanced composite materials and aerospace applications.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to aerospace.
