Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the tracking, reporting, and coordination of global Point of Presence deployments with a multi-year roadmap.

• Deployment Tracking: Maintain end-to-end visibility of PoP deployments across all global metros, tracking rack request dates, installation milestones, and completion status for each site spanning multiple countries.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on deployment progress, including site readiness.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Identify deployment risks, elevate blockers, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Demand Forecasting Support: Collaborate with the capacity planning team on demand forecasts, aligning deployment schedules with traffic demand projections by metro.

• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, data center, or network deployment programs
• Experience managing global, multi-site hardware deployment projects with 20+ concurrent work streams
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize deployment metrics across multiple regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting

• Experience in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or edge computing environments
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, metro/POP architecture, or network capacity planning
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with capacity forecasting and demand planning processes
• Knowledge of lawful intercept requirements and regulatory compliance across international markets
• Experience working across multiple time zones with geographically distributed teams
