Ledgent Technology is seeking a Help Desk Specialist IV for a contract-to-hire engagement in Poway, California. This 100% onsite role requires a strong technical foundation in Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server), Microsoft 365, and LAN technologies, plus the ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP and manage network switches/VLANs.
You’ll troubleshoot incidents, assist users across departments, and document resolutions to maintain a stable IT environment.
