Warehouse Material Handler - Poway - $23/hr

This role supports a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation by safely handling materials, operating forklifts and related equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory movement and documentation on the night shift. You will load and unload trucks, perform inventory transfers, stocking, and kitting, and use handheld scanners and ERP tools to keep material flow efficient and accurate.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including sit-down lifts and, as needed, bendy lifts and cherry pickers.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are handled carefully and placed in the correct locations.
• Perform inventory transfers, stocking, and kitting to support production and warehouse needs.
• Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track, pick, and record material movements.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system, with Net Suite experience considered a bonus.
• Work effectively in a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, coordinating with team members to meet operational timelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working on the night shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient material flow.

• Forklift certification with hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as bendy lifts and cherry pickers is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency using handheld RF scanners for inventory and material tracking.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform inventory transfers, stocking, and kitting accurately and efficiently.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Ability to work the night shift schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

• Experience with Net Suite ERP is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in a busy manufacturing facility is ideal.
• Strong attention to detail when handling materials and updating inventory records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using technology such as handheld scanners and ERP software.

The role is based in a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility in Poway. You will work on the night shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., supporting ongoing production and logistics activities. The environment is fast-paced, with frequent use of forklifts, RF handheld scanners, and ERP systems such as Net Suite to manage inventory and material flow. You will work in typical warehouse conditions, moving between production areas, storage locations, and loading docks throughout your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
