PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I

Full-Time | $21–$24/hour
BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS Radeus Labs designs and manufactures rugged, customized computing and communications systems that support mission-critical operations across the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. We’re looking for a Production Technician I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, hands‑on position where you’ll learn how our products are built, assembled, inspected, and tested. If you’re dependable, detail‑oriented, comfortable working with your hands, and excited to learn new technical skills, this could be a great opportunity to grow with Radeus.
You’ll Do
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, drawings, and work instructions
- Follow established processes and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects, missing components, or workmanship issues
- Assist with basic product testing under the direction of experienced team members
- Accurately document completed work using travelers, checklists, and other production records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Follow Lean Principles and Lean Manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Take pride in doing quality work
