Position: Become A Real Estate Agent With Fam Realty Group Team Support Growth

Are you a licensed real estate agent (or soon-to-be) tired of going it alone, inconsistent leads, or outdated systems holding you back? At FAM Realty Group, we're not just recruiting. We're building aligned, long‑term team members who thrive with structure, coaching, and real leverage. Led by Frances Mouser Moon, our award‑winning team has closed over $500 million in sales, earned 530+ 5‑star Google reviews, and operates in the greater San Diego area (including Escondido, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and beyond).

We're looking for coachable, accountable agents ready to step into a proven system that emphasizes clarity over pressure, systems over chaos, and relationships over volume. Whether you're new (0‑2 deals), developing (2‑10 deals), or a producing agent (10+ deals) seeking better support and scalability, this is an opportunity to grow with intention instead of grinding in isolation. This isn't traditional recruiting.

It's an exploratory path where the right people self‑select into a supportive environment designed for sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use our streamlined lead attraction, nurture, and follow‑up systems for consistent opportunities
  • Participate in weekly coaching, role‑play, accountability tracking, and structured team training
  • Document and follow systems for listings, buyer consultations, transactions, and client experience
  • Collaborate with the team (including sales coaching from Zach and leadership/mindset guidance from Frances)

  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Manage leads, past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence to convert appointments to signed contracts at a high level
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Manage and grow personal database using CRM, organizing by groups and tags, following protocol for consistent digital, phone, and mail outreach
  • Manage sales pipeline using the team’s CRM and other tools to ensure outreach and follow‑up are targeted, efficient, and consistent
  • Always act in the best interest of the client, skillfully negotiating each contract to achieve the best result possible for them
