Starting Pay: $15.50 hourly
- Process donated merchandise for sale to salvage vendors for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.
- Meet minimum quota set for assigned department.
- Inspect donated merchandise, analyze quality, and determine proper category.
- Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
- May be cross‑trained to work as a Retail Sales Associate and/or Forklift Operator.
- Receive and process merchandise, maintaining an organized and safe workstation free from food, drink, or personal items.
- Maintain a clean work environment, including restrooms, floors, walls, windows, and parking lots, as directed.
- Ensure all safety rules are complied with, and use appropriate safety equipment; immediately take action and/or report any unsafe or potential hazards.
- Maintain regular and consistent in‑person attendance and model Goodwill core values.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to be trained and take direction.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
