Inbound Expert

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.00 USD per hour

• Deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience: greet guests within 10 feet with a smile, initiate warm interactions, help them find items, resolve issues, and thank them at the end of each transaction.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adapt to business and guest needs to provide an optimal shopping experience.
• Execute detailed, accurate sorting operations: stock, organize, and store reserve product; straighten merchandise on the sales floor; maintain product availability for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment (when certified) while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance: work safely, adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and correct them where possible.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and Drive‑Up (DU); maintain compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
• Perform all other duties as required by the business.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds and performing repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and rotating motions.
• Work a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, and shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times; take required meal and rest breaks.
• Be capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
