HOIST Fitness is a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment and is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative
. This position is a support role to the Company's Outside Sales Representatives, dealers, and customers regarding fitness equipment sales and shipping issues, and will not involve direct selling or commission.

Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt, 40 Hours per Week, 100% In-Office

Pay: $21 to $23 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:

• Process sales orders sent over by the Outside Sales Representatives, as well as follow up on all orders placed.
• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with dealers and keep management informed of any issues
• Respond timely to customer requests and orders.
• Coordinate equipment shipments with the logistics and shipping department.
• Maintain communication with other departments within the company to facilitate customer and vendor orders
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to‑date on the changes/developments of fitness equipment.
• Maintain our dealer/customer database.
• Additional duties as assigned (i.e., filing, assisting with order processing for out-of-office team members, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects and be productive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Net Suite is a plus
• Amazing organizational skills and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent phone skills;
  Customer Service background is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Capable of anticipating and solving problems or resolving issues
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Can effectively communicate orally or in written form with management and internal/external customers.
