Job Summary

Sr. Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced inside sales professional to serve as a front‑line contact with customers, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating, placing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate, and place orders.
• Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude.
• Assist with logistics of dispatching equipment delivery and train other team members as needed.

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience, or a 4‑year degree plus 1 year of rental experience (preferred).

• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) preferred in some locations.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $23.52 - $27.93 per hour.
