As a Sales Intern at BILSTEIN Automotive, you'll embark on a dynamic journey within the automotive aftermarket sector, gaining practical insights and skills essential for a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Engage with current and potential customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Assist in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Sales Calls:
    Join sales calls and meetings to learn the art of effective communication and negotiation.
  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with our sales team to provide crucial support, customer contact management, inventory management, new product success, marketing program management, and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or recent graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic about sales and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the USA with no restrictions.
