Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Screen visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors at designated entry points while verifying access requirements and directing individuals to the appropriate area.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or other assigned areas to help support an orderly environment and help to deter unauthorized access.;
Communicate with staff, guests, and/or emergency personnel regarding screening expectations, access concerns, and other security-related matters.
