Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and healthcare location policies;
Screen individuals entering the location using approved procedures and equipment, and verify access credentials when required;
Monitor entrances and screening areas for prohibited items, access concerns, and unusual activity, and report findings according to established protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including requesting additional assistance when appropriate;
Maintain accurate screening and incident records and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal personnel and designated healthcare staff
