Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.;
Screen individuals entering the location in accordance with site-specific protocols, including verifying credentials and directing visitors to appropriate areas.;
Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to designated personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and escalating concerns according to established procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned healthcare areas and the perimeter, as directed by location requirements.
