Armed Security Shift Lead

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Shift Lead to oversee daily security operations for client sites within the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will supervise officers on shift, ensure posts are staffed, enforce site procedures, and respond to incidents with professionalism and sound judgment. You will conduct patrols, manage access control, complete reports, and coordinate with client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-duty security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure posts are properly staffed and officers follow site procedures
• Conduct patrols, access control, and monitoring of client properties
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and take appropriate action
• Complete clear, timely incident and shift reports
• Train and mentor new and existing officers on policies and procedures
• Coordinate with client representatives on security expectations and issues
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards on site
• Support investigations by gathering basic facts and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, post orders, and shift handoffs
