We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, servicing, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of environments

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Service and maintain equipment including:
  • Air handlers (AHUs)
  • Chillers
  • Cooling towers
  • Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
  • Split systems and heat pumps
  • VAV systems
  • Boilers and commercial water heaters
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and recommend repairs or system replacements
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose system issues
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, especially in hospital and sensitive environments

• EPA Certification (required)
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and repair
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues quickly and accurately
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting controls systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean background record (required for hospital work)
