We’re looking for a high-performing HVAC technician who can diagnose, educate, and close.

This is not a basic service role.
If you know how to build trust with homeowners and turn calls into revenue, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system recommendations
  • Identify water quality or plumbing opportunities during calls
  • Educate homeowners and recommend the right solutions
  • Turn service calls into high-value sales opportunities
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience

Pay Structure
  • Competitive hourly base

  • $30–$40/hr + commission
    $80,000–$130,000+ total earning potential

What We’re Looking For
  • HVAC experience required
  • Plumbing or water treatment experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and making recommendations
  • Sales-minded with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
