Position Overview

What You’ll Do- Build high‑impact product solutions by architecting and delivering scalable, distributed systems in production.

- Collaborate across value streams with Product and Design from problem definition through delivery.
- Facilitate clear technical conversations across engineering teams and act as a bridge between value stream execution and enterprise standards.
- Elevate cross‑functional alignment through clear communication and example.
- Leverage enterprise platforms, shared services, and DevX templates as accelerators.
- Integrate cleanly with internal platforms and external systems, improving shared patterns where appropriate.
- Model native‑AI engineering by using advanced AI coding tools and critically evaluating AI‑generated output for correctness, performance, scalability, and security.
- Help define responsible, high‑quality AI‑assisted development practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers through pairing, reviews, and example, promoting product‑centric thinking.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, shared ownership, and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling distributed, cloud‑native systems.
- Deep backend expertise (e.g., Java/Spring Boot or equivalent).
- Experience with event‑driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Experience building user‑facing applications aligned with structured design systems.
- Experience operating within enterprise architecture and DevX standards.
- Demonstrated cross‑team technical influence beyond a single squad.
- Advanced proficiency using AI‑assisted development tooling in daily practice.

Qualified candidates will receive a competitive compensation package with a base salary in the range of $171,000 – $214,000 USD, plus benefits. Benefits include comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life insurance; AD&D; short‑term and long‑term disability insurance; sleep care management;
