Location:

Poway, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
First Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM Monday-Friday

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy.
• Inspect titanium and metal materials using calipers and micrometers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Support shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control activities.
• Complete inspection reports, shipping documents, and required warehouse paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
• Perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
• Utilize strong attention to detail when handling materials, inventory, and documentation.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet shipping and operational goals.
• Prior warehouse, forklift, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with metals, titanium, inventory systems, or quality inspection is preferred.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
