Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate – Warehouse
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and palletizing products, following established procedures, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepares weight stacks – lifts from crates
- Palletizes weight stacks, and gym equipment
- Takes inventory of weight stacks
- Bands, straps, and shrink-wrapps pallets
- Operates a forklift safely (Forklift certification required).
- Scans weight stacks in and out inventory system
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
