Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee the organization, inventory, receiving, and daily staging of parts and materials for garage door, gate, and window installation projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring field technicians and installers have the correct materials, tools, and equipment ready for each job.

• Pull and stage all required parts and materials for installations the day before scheduled work.
• Load materials, parts, tools, and equipment for installers and service technicians each morning.
• Receive and inspect incoming doors, parts, and job materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic parts inventories.
• Receive and organize materials for custom steel, wood, and steel door projects.
• Unload and properly stage incoming steel doors and other large materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, workspace, and tool inventory.
• Monitor and maintain company vehicle fuel levels.
• Use company vehicles to pick up and deliver job materials as needed.
• Secure and close the warehouse at the end of each business day.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist field personnel at jobsites when needed.
• Identify material shortages or issues and communicate them promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, installation, or field-service experience preferred.
• Highly organized, reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move heavy materials up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work throughout a warehouse and jobsite environment.
• Ability to safely handle large and heavy doors, parts, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work outdoors or at jobsites when operational support is required.
