Job Description:As the Assistant Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrator in the administration, direction, and coordination of all activities within our nursing center. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and is willing to step into any role when needed to support our residents, staff, and facility.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Administrator with daily facility operations and leadership.
- Monitor resident, staff, and operational needs and take action proactively.
- Support regulatory compliance, surveys, QAPI, and facility policies.
- Assist with staffing, employee relations, and department oversight.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Address concerns and follow through until they are resolved.
- Assist with admissions, customer service, and other operational needs.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
- At least 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia.
- Proven experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and accountable.
