• Weekly direct deposit
• 25% of load pay
• Guaranteed $0.55 cents per mile minimum
• Orientation paid $200/day
• Detention pay
• Average pay $1,500 – $2,000 per week

• Dispatched 2 weeks
• Out alternating weekends
• Flexible home time, 3 days standard

• Dry bulk freight
• Products: minerals, clay, lime, sand, silicate, etc.
• Average weekly miles at 2,500 – 3,000 miles

• Safely delivering shipments to assigned customers.
• Completion of all required paperwork, including getting required signatures on documents and bills of lading.
• Maintaining and complying with all state and federal laws.
• Obeying DOT and FMCSA E‑log requirements.
• Submitting all load documents in a timely manner.
• Upholding a professional attitude at all times.
• Keeping load appointments on time and as scheduled.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Current medical card
• 1‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience

• Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
• A preventable rollover or fatality crash

• License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
• A major preventable accident
• Two or more moving convictions
