- Manage and support the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal reporting packages for multiple entities
- Lead CAM reconciliations, including tenant bill-backs, expense allocations, and year-end true-ups
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to property-level expenses
- Support external audits, tax preparation requests, and compliance reporting
- Work closely with property management and operations teams to ensure accurate expense tracking and allocation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, property accounting, or investment management
- CAM Experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with accounting systems/ERPs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities
