Your accuracy sets the tone for cycle time, parts flow, supplement control, and ultimately the quality of the repair. Translation: you can focus on writing accurate estimates and building trust, not constantly putting out fires.

• Inspect vehicles, identify visible and hidden damage, and determine repair vs. replace
• Write accurate repair plans/estimates for labor, parts, and operations
• Partner closely with the Body Shop Manager/Foreman to align repair approach and production flow
• Complete insurance documentation and support fair claim outcomes
• Communicate professionally with guests and partners while keeping timelines moving

• Detail-driven, organized, and confident communicating with both customers and teammates

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass standard pre-employment screens
• Prior estimating/body shop experience is a plus (we’ll consider strong candidates with related experience and the right mindset)
