We are looking for an experienced loan officer to join our team at the Columbus Mortgage Loan Office (155 Hidden Ravines Dr. Suite B, Powell, OH 43065). This full‑time, onsite position focuses on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Success is measured not by high‑pressure sales goals or quotas but by the ability to help people and work collaboratively in a team‑based environment.

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing
• Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificates of deposit, IRAs)
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Work in all areas of the branch

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Retail bank teller experience preferred

Pay range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
