Our expertise spans acquisitions, lease financing, ground-up development, and equity investments, helping our partners secure the right properties, streamline operations, and overcome capital limitations.

RESPONSIBILITIESAcquisitions:
  • Lead a team of analyst- and associate-level investment professionals to underwrite and execute a variety of transactions and direct the deal process on all transactions; lead coordination of efforts with Operations Team.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex underwriting, structuring, and transaction issues, ensuring informed decision-making and effective risk management.
  • Perform market- and asset-level due diligence and meet with prospective tenants and intermediaries, including regular travel as part of the diligence process.
  • Coordinate internal and external diligence workflows (brokers, consultants, legal, etc.) and work in close collaboration with legal counsel to negotiate legal documents (e.g. LOIs, purchase agreements and lease agreements).
  • Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Participate in business development activities to build transaction knowledge as well as rapport with sales team and potential / future customers.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor high-performing team of acquisitions analysts and associates, fostering technical excellence, sound investment judgment, and professional growth.
  • Manage workflow across the acquisitions team, prioritizing deal execution, allocating resources, and ensuring timely, high-quality underwriting and deliverables.
  • Establish best practices, standardized processes, and quality control measures to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the acquisitions platform.
  • Build on an accountable and performance-driven team culture while promoting continuous learning and improving collaboration.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support recruiting, onboarding, and career development initiatives for junior investment professionals.
Additional Capital Markets Exposure:
  • Support the structuring and execution of equity and debt financing for acquisitions and recapitalizations on a project-by-project basis.
  • Assist in preparing offering memoranda, investor updates, and capital raise materials.
  • Analyze deal terms, capital stack scenarios, and negotiate key financing documents in conjunction with legal counsel.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA or MSRE a plus).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or institutional acquisitions/capital markets.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to serve as a strong role model for junior members of the team with a keen interest in managing a team and possession of leadership qualities.
